A few have mentioned this film

Have to admit I really enjoyed it

The kareoke scene is awesome and the initial scenes with Mr belushi are awesome

Makes us all want to stand up for ourselves a bit more

Yea, I related to this film way too mcuh. I had been divorced just a few years before this came out, and when the Human Resorces lady asks Joe "WHat do you want?" And he looks so confused, and shocked, I soooo understood that. I felt the same way the first time someone asked me that after my husband left me . A wonderful moment to be sure. I am not sure if too many actors could have handled it that well.

Do you think it related to Tim's life as well (being divorced, having a daughter)?

I guess it helped Tim play the character better having gone through a similar situation...

I really do think being divorced would have helped him understand where Joe was coming from....Of course it would only take "our" Tim to answer that.

I think TA did a good job on Joe playing a divorced man. I think at the time he also was going thru the Big D.

Re: the movie

The movie was wonderful and quite fun. Happy TA did this film.

Re: Growler, first time in USA was Minneapolis.

That is odd to hear. Why Minneapolis? Tour, multiple destinations?

Curious

Looked around again and found the K.C. entry about What do you want, Joe. That was a very helpful question that I needed to hear too. The movie was great timing, just what I needed. So many laughs when I needed to laugh. How it ended was just what I needed to see. Would have been a good one to see made in person.
