The first is the best, the 2nd was good and the last one was very weak. I didn;t like the whole Martin Short jack frost thing.

Love all three. Watch them all over and over. Usually have a holiday movie night during the holiday where we watch 1-3; but honestly, I prefer the second movie.

Santa Clause 3 is nice movie, Scott Calvin has tried to juggle the demands of the job with his personal life.Calvin juggles a full house of family and the mischievous Jack Frost, who is trying to take over the "big guy's" holiday.

For my taste the Santa Clause movies are a bit cheesy, but if I had to choose between the three of them, I would choose the first one.

I cannot pick between the three. They are so different. For me it is just what I am more in the mood for.

I have to say I love them all but I especially enjoyed the first one, when it first came out. I think the message in the first one is the best. They are all still the best Christmas films on the TV at Christmas time and I always watch them if they are on or watch on DVD if not on BBC1 or ITV. Speaking of Christmas, I will be watching them all again soon! Its become a regular tradition! Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to Tim and you all : -)

The one where one of his children take over for him.
They battle it out and I have forgotten who became the new santa claus.
This would be Santa Claus 4. Smile

Seriously, I liked all 3. Even now, my 7 and 5 y.o. kids continue to watch these over and over.
But I think that a 4 in which one of the kids take over would be a way for tim to get out of it, allow the movies to continue, and yet, tim would be able to come back if he wanted.

Santa Clause 2 was my favorite. I really liked the quest for a "Mrs. Clause". The first Santa Clause was a very close second best though... Very Happy
